  • At the moment, we’re happy to offer pan-India shipping. While we aren’t shipping internationally just yet, we hope to reach you wherever you are in the near future.
  • We take great care in ensuring your orders are securely and thoughtfully packaged, and under normal circumstances, all orders are shipped out every Wednesday. Our commitment is to get your pieces to you safely and beautifully.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and are added automatically at checkout. The prices you see are inclusive of all taxes and fees—no hidden costs.
  • As a small thank you, orders above ₹6,000 enjoy free shipping across India.

Refund Policy:

  • In cases where your order qualifies for a refund—after we’ve gone through the exchange or return guidelines together—we’re happy to initiate the process for you.
  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. We’ll be sure to share the transaction details with you as soon as the refund is made from our end, so you’re kept in the loop.
